This CBN helps me to relax and sleep soundly and longer.
I’ve found that for me this product helps better with anxiety relief than sleep. But a large part of my sleeplessness is anxiety, racing thoughts, etc. I’ve found that I can take it during the day for a panic attack and still be functioning, it takes quite a bit to get me to sleep.
I used your products when you were in charge before and I had eliminated Setraline (generic for Zoloft) from my system. The Sleep and Blue Moon rollers seemed to help. With the pandemic came much more stress and I went back on my previous medication - even upping it to 200 mg per day. I'm still not sleeping through the night. Sometimes I awake as early as 2, sometimes 3; never seem to be able to get back to sleep. I've been taking the Sleep CBN for over a week now and I think it is helping in its own way: I still get up at weird times, but now I am able to fall back asleep in my recliner so I'm not totally wasted the next day. I'm curious to find out: CAN you take both a prescription drug for anxiety and use your products at the same time?
