6 mo – 2 years: 1/8 tsp daily (70 mg)
3 – 12 years: 1/4 tsp daily (140 mg)
Adults 13+: 1/2 tsp daily (280 mg)
Dosages may be increased to bowel tolerance during illness or for pregnant women. (Start with 1/4 – 1/2 tsp every 2 hours until tolerance is reached. Continue for a few days until symptoms subside).
