Suggested use: Shake before using. Use dropper to apply serving under your tongue. Hold for 30-90 seconds before swallowing. Wait 4-6 hours before repeating dose. Ideal serving size will vary from 2 drops to 1 ml+.

How to take CBD Oil:

I recommend starting with a low dose and increasing the dosage slowly over time so you can gauge your body's reaction. It takes time, patience and consistency to find your ideal dose. Most people will feel relief within 2 weeks to a month, some people may have near instant relief. Try starting with 3 drops, 3 times per day and increase slowly from there.

I use it right before bed(in a larger dose then I would for a daytime situation…)and it helps to really calm my thinking mind so I can peacefully fall asleep… before my husbands snoring starts lol
