A sunny golden mix of warming Turmeric, Ginger and spices blended with CBD, made to be mixed with any milk of your choosing and sipped for some calming, immune-system boosting and anti-inflammatory benefits. 

The active ingredient in turmeric is curcumin, that along with a little black pepper and some fat, helps your body absorb it (similar again to CBD which needs fat to help your body absorb it). Curcumin is an antioxidant stronger than vitamin e, which also improves the action of the liver, and works to reduce chronic pain and inflammation. Curcumin works in two ways: blocking free radicals and also stimulating the body’s own antioxidant defenses. Our Golden Milk Mix also contains cinnamon which is antioxidant and anti-inflammatory, and ginger which improves digestion and reduces nausea and pain. 

Directions: Mix 1/2 tsp with 8 oz of hot or cold milk (containing a fat for proper absorption of cannabinoids & turmeric) , and sweeten to taste. Blend well for cold drinks, heat gently and stir for hot drinks. Each package has 5 teaspoons (10 servings) with each serving containing approx. 30 mg of CBD per serving.
