How to use

Magnesium lotion

This is great for easing all kinds of aches and pains! It absorbs well into the skin and is a great remedy for leg cramps, arthritis, and your every day aches from over doing it! Something we keep on hand at all times!

Another great find.

I suffer with muscle cramps in my legs, arch of my feet and toes. The spasms come out of no where during the night. I take magnesium supplements daily, however, still get the cramps. I now use the magnesium creme every night before bed, massaging into my legs and bottom of my feet. So far, soooo good.... only one night my toes did cramp, I rubbed in the creme, spasm subsided. I will always have a tin on hand:

I’ve only used the magnesium cream a few times, not consistently, to know how effective it is on my foot & leg cramps. I get the cramps at night in my sleep. I take magnesium supplements for years now, so I don’t think I am deficient in magnesium. I would say it helped a little. I have to be more diligent.
