Get grounded and return to your roots with Knotty by Nature. An earthy blend of two different types of cedarwood essential oils and frankincense, Knotty is powerfully centering and mentally clarifying.

Here’s a breakdown of the ingredients used and their medicinal benefits:

• Himalayan Cedarwood- There are actually at least four different types of Cedarwood and they all smell a little different. Himalayan Cedarwood is a classic Cedarwood scent. It helps with pain relief and ‘empowers the lungs’  and improves breathing ability. It also helps fight germs and is naturally anti-infectious, anti-fungal and anti-inflammatory.

• Texas Cedarwood - This Cedarwood has a milder, sweeter and smokier scent (hey, it’s from Texas!). Its benefits are calming and grounding, but it can also help with headaches and is a natural insect repellent. 

• Patchouli - Is a great oil for uplifting the spirit, and it can help relieve depression. It can also treat respiratory issues and ease pain and inflammation. 

• Vetiver - Has a very complimentary woodsy and musky scent that helps align the body and promotes deep concentration.

• Vanilla - has a sweet and rich scent that instantly soothes the soul as it reminds us of baked goods. Vanilla also has a purity to it and is uplifting and relaxing to the senses.

• Frankincense - distilled from the resin of Frankincense trees, Frankincense is a sacred and ancient oil with deeply grounding properties.  It also helps heal and calm skin conditions and helps the body move though and process emotional issues.

• Damiana-  Is often associated with love and used as an aphrodisiac. It is thought to be one of the original ingredients of a margarita (it hails from Mexico), and it has a unique pungent, bittersweet scent and taste. Damiana is thought to be a mood enhancer, relaxing the nerves and boosting the sensual appetite. 

• CBD - Finally we add CBD, which is anti-inflammatory and antioxidant rich and also helps to boost the qualities of the essential oils. We add a full 100 mg of CBD Isolate (THC-free) to this roller. Twice as much as the original roller (but that’s the only thing we’ve changed!). 

This product does not contain THC.
