I have such a hard time staying asleep. I can go to sleep fine, but a couple of hours later, wide awake. Sweet Dreams helps to keep me asleep for the night without a morning hang over. Love this stuff!!

Cant sleep without it due to adrenal fatigue!
I am a psych nurse and have been for years, and I suffer from horrific insomnia due to adrenal fatigue, my cortisol is just a hot mess. I literally do not sleep through the night without this stuff, and yes, I’m on magnesium already. I fall asleep just fine but I wake up religiously at 3am and can’t go back to sleep, it’s terrible. With Sweet Dreams, even if I do wake up I drift right back to sleep! Don’t ever stop making it, please!
