    I suffer from restless legs, I also deal with horrendous cramps in the tops of my feet going up into my leg, plus cramps in my calf and behind my knee. I'm a hot mess since menopause!! I purchased the smaller tin and use this every morning, it has helped with the cramps during the day. I need to order more and start using this at night before I go to bed. I have tried some over the counter products and they help but not enough that I want to keep dumping money into those products. Planning to order another tin of this so I can start applying at bedtime.
