Every body is different—so there’s no one-size-fits-all when it comes to CBD. The right dose depends on your weight, body chemistry, metabolism, and what you’re trying to treat. Here's a simple guide to help you get started with confidence:


General Dosage Recommendations

Goal Starting Dose Notes
Daily Wellness 5–10 mg CBD or equivalent Take 1-3 times a day for general support
Stress & Anxiety 10–20 mg Use 30–60 minutes before or during stressful times
Sleep Support 15–30 mg (CBD or CBN) Take 30–60 minutes before bed
Pain Relief 15–50 mg May need higher dose for chronic pain; start low and increase as needed
Severe Conditions 25–100+ mg Work up slowly; consider splitting into 2–3 doses per day

How to Dose by Dropper

For our OG Blend CBD Oil, Everyday Blend CBD Oil & THC-Free CBD Oil:

  • 1000 mg bottle (30ml) = ~33 mg per full dropper
  • 500 mg bottle (15ml) = ~16.6 mg per full dropper
  • For other CBD Oil varieties, take the total mg per bottle, and divide it by the ml in the bottle to find out how much mg per full dropper. 

Tip: Start with 2–3 drops or ¼ dropper and increase slowly over time until you notice relief. Sometimes you don't "feel" a change, it's more like noticing the "absence of...". Absence of pain, absence of irritation, absense of sadness, etc.


Topical Products

Topicals (like salves and rollers) don’t enter the bloodstream—they work locally on muscles, joints, or skin. Apply a pea-sized amount directly to the area of discomfort and reapply as needed.


Edibles (Gummies, Teas, Drink Mixes)

Effects may take longer to kick in (30–90 minutes), but last longer than tinctures. Start with a half or even a quarter of a gummy depending on strength (especially if THC is included) and wait before taking more.
