3. Try Sample Sizes First
You don’t have to go all-in right away. Many of our products come in affordable trial sizes that last around 3–10 days depending on dosage. It’s a great way to test what works for your body and lifestyle.
4. Start Low & Go Slow
Dosing is key—and less is often more. We recommend starting with a small dose and slowly increasing until you feel the effects. Every body is different.
