Originally got this to use for occasional bumps & bruises, but discovered my favorite use is to put it on mosquito and no-see-um bites! After just a few minutes the itching and swelling from bug bites decreases significantly and they heal so much faster. It works even better than the bug bite stick, I think!

This pain salve has been a game changer for my arthritis pain. I use to take a an oral prescription, and used a topical pain gel combined. Now I only use Sarah’s pain salve. I use it twice a day. I love this stuff so much. My knees were so bad I could not walk. I have been using this 2 times a day, and am able to walk, and without pain. At the same time my hands were swollen and could hardly bend my fingers. I used this on my hands, and they are back to normal. Miracle in a tin

I use this salve on aches and pains relating to an old injury. It has been very effective! I am also somewhat sensitive to strong smells, and I had wondered if this would be to strong, but I think the smell is just about right. I love that it includes arnica and capsicum for another layer of pain relief. The only thing I don’t love is that this salve is a little greasy and slow to absorb. It does tend to get on my clothes or hair, so I have to be careful when and where I apply it. I would love to see this made with emu oil or something similar which would absorb faster into the skin.
