Why Do a Gentle Detox?
Modern life asks a lot of our bodies: stress, processed foods, less-than-perfect sleep, environmental exposures, and a go-go-go pace. A gentle, well-supported detox gives your system a reset by nourishing the liver, kidneys, lymph, and gut so they can do what they’re designed to do: filter, move, and eliminate. Many people choose a seasonal or yearly cleanse to feel lighter, support clearer skin, calm bloat, improve regularity, and bring back steady energy and focus. This protocol prioritizes gentle but effective whole herbs, daily hydration, and a binder to help “catch” what your body is ready to let go of. These are not fad ingredients or sketchy Amazon supplements, these are safe, time-tested herbal remedies.
Who Might Benefit
- Feeling sluggish, puffy, or “stuck” despite your usual routine
- Bloating, occasional constipation, or irregular digestion
- Skin acting up (congestion, dullness)
- Brain fog, afternoon energy crashes, or wired-but-tired evenings
- High-stress seasons when your body needs extra support
- Anyone exposed to environmental toxins (this is basically everyone in 2026)
Adults only. Do not do this detox if you are pregnant or nursing. If you are managing a medical condition, on prescription meds, or brand-new to detoxing, please check in with your healthcare provider first.
What to Expect (Totally Normal!)
As your body begins to mobilize and move out what it doesn’t need, you may notice short-lived shifts like mild headaches, extra trips to the bathroom, skin purging, temporary fatigue, or changes in mood. These are common “detox waves” and typically ease within a few days. The best helpers: hydrate well, prioritize sleep, keep bowels moving daily, and don’t skip your binder. Most folks report feeling lighter and clearer as the weeks progress. Stay consistent. It's better out than in!
Why a Binder Matters
Think of a binder as your cleanup crew. As herbs nudge toxins and byproducts from tissues into circulation, binders adsorb (cling to) those compounds in the gut so they can be escorted out instead of reabsorbed. This is key for comfort and results. Choose one from our list (activated charcoal, bentonite or zeolite clay, chlorella, humic/fulvic complexes, psyllium) and take it away from food, supplements, and medications as directed. Binders help reduce detox symptoms, sometimes called Herxheimer reactions or "herxing".
Why an Herbal Infusion (and not just a quick cup of tea)?
Short steeps make a lovely beverage, but a long-steeped herbal infusion is made for wellness. By combining more herb with boiling water and letting it steep for hours, you pull out a wider spectrum of beneficial compounds: think minerals (like magnesium, potassium, iron), bitter principles, polysaccharides, inulin, flavonoids, and other plant nutrients. Stepping a cup of tea can leave some of these behind.
- More potency, more nourishment: The extended steep increases extraction of minerals and deeper-acting constituents for a sturdier daily tonic.
- Steady, gentle support: You’re sipping small amounts of a nutrient-dense brew (not a stimulant), which tends to be easier on the system while still effective.
- Better compliance: Making a weekly batch you keep in the fridge means it’s ready to drink, no waiting around to boil water.
The result is a stronger, more complete extraction than standard tea—perfect for a gentle, results-focused detox protocol.
About the Terminate Tincture (Herbal Parasite Cleanse)
Terminate is a targeted, time-tested herbal blend traditionally used to help discourage unwanted gut guests while supporting a healthy digestive terrain. We place it in Weeks 3–4 and 6–7 so your liver, kidneys, and lymph are already flowing—and your binder is in place—before you turn on this level of cleansing. Expect steady, gentle progress rather than harsh “all at once” effects. As always: hydrate, keep bowels moving daily, and listen to your body.
Kind Reminder
This is a gentle, herbal detox designed for generally healthy adults without known kidney, liver, or significant intestinal issues. If you’ve never detoxed before, have had tough reactions in the past, are on any medications or have chronic conditions—especially digestive or liver concerns—please run this by your health practitioner first. If you’re not having a daily bowel movement, add the Intensive add-on to get the Psyllium Husk capsules, drink more water than you think, slow and steady, and lots of grace—that’s the Humble way.
P.S. We’re doing this as a community. Buyers get access to a private Facebook support group where we’ll share tips, answer questions, and cheer each other on. Our group detox begins Sunday, February 1, 2026. Accountability and consistency will be key!
- What You’ll Receive: 7-week guided detox plan, three weekly herbal infusion blends, a “Terminate” tincture protocol (split into two rounds), and our printed packet with full instructions, safety notes, and a daily tracker you can check off.
- Who It’s For: Adults in generally good health looking for a gentle, structured seasonal/annual reset with community support.
- Format: DIY herbal infusions + tincture protocol with optional add-ons for extra support.

Important Notes for Best Results
- Daily elimination matters: If you aren’t having a complete bowel movement at least once a day, begin a fiber supplement, drink extra water, seek other information to get your bowels moving.
- Hydration: Aim for clear-to-pale yellow urine; add a pinch of mineral salt or lemon if needed.
- Gentle movement & rest: Walking, stretching, and adequate sleep support natural detox pathways.
- Getting your lymphatic system moving is important: we will share tips on easy ways to do this in our Facebook support group. If you want to plan ahead, consider purchasing a dry brush, vibration plate or a rebounder. These items are not necessary though (you can still get your lymph moving without buying anything!)
How to Make & Store an Herbal Infusion
- Bring ~20 oz of water to a rolling boil.
- Add the week’s herbs to a large heat-safe jar, then carefully pour in the boiling water.
- Cover and let steep at room temperature until cool; then refrigerate overnight.
- Strain in the morning. Optionally add a little honey and/or lemon for taste.
- Take 1 oz, two times daily for that week. Keep refrigerated.
Who Should Consider the “Intensive” Add-On?
If you’re brand-new to detoxing, have had rough experiences with past cleanses, have concerns of heavy metal toxicity, or have significant/long-standing concerns (especially liver, kidney, or digestive), we suggest talking with your healthcare provider beforehand and adding the ABECA heavy metal cleanse + Psyllium Husk Capsules for additional support.

This protocol is for adults ages 18+ in generally good health without known kidney, liver, or serious intestinal issues. Not for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
