Product Details
Organic Mugwort is a traditional bulk herb with gray-green leaves, a strong earthy aroma, and a naturally very bitter flavor. Botanically known as Artemisia vulgaris, mugwort has a long history of use in folk herbal traditions, seasonal blends, tea preparations, and sleep pillows.
One of mugwort’s more well-known traditional uses is in dream pillows, where it has been included for its association with vivid dreaming and nighttime rituals. Because of its bold bitterness, mugwort is often blended with other herbs rather than enjoyed on its own as a tea.
