Product Details
Red Clover Blossoms are the whole dried flowers of Trifolium pratense, a widespread perennial plant often grown as a green cover crop to help enrich the soil. These attractive dark pink blossoms have a pleasant honey-like fragrance and a sweet, lightly spicy flavor that is sometimes compared to watercress.
Red clover has a long history of use in traditional herbal tea blends and is often included in women’s tea blends, springtime herbal blends, and home apothecary preparations. The whole blossoms also add beautiful color and texture to loose leaf tea blends.
