At Humble Collective, we handcraft and ship every order with care from our family farm and workshop in Southwest Michigan. We're a small team, not a warehouse—and every package is made with intention and love. We ship orders Monday through Friday. Most orders are processed and shipped the same day, or next-day. During sales or high-volume periods, it may take a little longer—but we always do our best to stay prompt! We offer 3 shipping options: We use USPS for most orders, with tracking included. You’ll receive a tracking email once your order is on its way. Yes! We offer free U.S. shipping on all orders over $75. No code needed—it’s automatic. We currently ship within the United States only. Some items (like salves, whipped body butters, or tallow-based products) may soften or melt in warm climates. We recommend choosing priority shipping or adding an ice pack if you're in a hot area or ordering during summer months. Due to the personal and consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, we always want you to be happy—and we’ll make it right if something’s wrong. Email us at hello@humblecollectivecbd.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and a photo if applicable. We’ll take care of it quickly. Please double-check your shipping info before placing your order! If you notice an error, email us ASAP.
