I was skeptical this would help calm me because my anxiety has been absolutely terrible this year. I bought a sample size and after about a week of consistent use, I started noticing the calming effect it had on me! I only took a couple drops per day when I had something to do that day that was stressful or made me nervous, and it always helped me feel more relaxed and collected. The bottle lasted awhile because I stretched it but I just bought a bigger size because it’s 100% worth it. I plan to up my dosage and continue using it on days when my anxiety is unusually high or even just before I have something important to do ❤️

Overpriced, undersatifying
I had high hopes. I have struggled with anxiety for many years and have been trying various tinctures to calm myself. The reviews sold me on this blend from this company so I went full throttle, only to be completely disappointed. No matter how many drops I have tried (and I’ve tried far more than the recommendation, even) it just does nothing. It’s become a waste of my time and taste buds alike.. not to mention wallet. It doesn’t give me any different feelings.. so I tried it on my hubby to see if it was just me. To my disappointment once again, it did nothing to or for him, either. He said “tastes like the smell of my socks. What is that?” And after my 5th attempt and literally 75 drops with him, still zilch. I am not a fan of placebo.. which it seems this has turned out to be. After many emails to please review this product, here ya go. Honest review from a buyer who was let down. Waste your money elsewhere. 2 stars because the shipping was fast. Gotta give credit where credit is due.

It can take up to 2 weeks to begin seeing results, and results will likely be a gradual build-up, not an overnight thing.
