How to Use
Spray 3–5 pumps onto skin up to 4 times a day for overall wellness. Best absorption occurs on the feet, stomach, and underarms. For pain relief, apply directly to the affected area and rub in gently.
Start with a small amount to assess sensitivity. A tingling or itchy sensation is common, especially with magnesium deficiency. Avoid using on freshly shaved skin or open wounds.

This product works amazing and immediately. I used on my mother who also struggles to sleep and even if she drinks melatonin, benadryl, she still doesn’t fall fast asleep as she did when I sprayed the soles of her feet.
