Cant sleep without it due to adrenal fatigue!
I am a psych nurse and have been for years, and I suffer from horrific insomnia due to adrenal fatigue, my cortisol is just a hot mess. I literally do not sleep through the night without this stuff, and yes, I’m on magnesium already. I fall asleep just fine but I wake up religiously at 3am and can’t go back to sleep, it’s terrible.
